Faux fireplace

Trying to make my faux corner fireplace I built in the hallway a few years back less faux looking!! Ive used some leftover paint and wallpaper and tried to create a wee bit more depth..I wanted a plain colour block hearth because the hallway is so patterned :) I just painted directly over my vinyl tiles with chalkboard paint and a few coats of waterproof varnish. :) I need to get to work instead of faffing around with home D.I.Y!!
