Sanded Top

 Dont ask me why but when I have a room with lots of painted items including the floor.. I need to add some natural wood..why I dont know I just know it feels off until I do...For me its a bit like when I add some black..it adds warmth and grounds things...I am not good at explaining how I decorate I go on feelings and I find it hard to explain! This morning I took this wee painted unit out and sanded his top..I added a water based stain I made myself from acrylic kids paint and varnished over the top. I will be adding a wood shelf to balance everything up in the studio room to.
